Based in the heart of Cornwall, E&R Projects is a locally run company. We pride ourselves on exceptional workmanship using quality materials. From the construction of new build houses and extensions, to bespoke joinery. E&R Projects are fully able to provide extensions to your property in a variety of shapes, sizes, and specifications. We’ll work to your requirements, giving advice where needed and drawing from a wealth of experience to offer the best service available. If you have architects plans then we can accurate price every component and give you a written quote

Carpentry

Carpentry and joinery is the heart of our business. We offer a variety of carpentry services from first to second fix, the design and building of hand made kitchens and furniture through to the installation of new Oak stair cases, doors and windows. We have extensive experience with fitting ‘off the shelf’ kitchen ranges from ‘Wren’ and ‘Howdens’

We provide everything from simple shelves and complex walk-in wardrobes, to complete state-of-the-art kitchens and office systems and units. In every case, the first thing we do is to listen.

We spend time to understand exactly what you want to achieve, and offer up our own ideas drawn from years of experience.

General Construction

We design and build fantastic timber framed garden rooms, whether its a games room, party area, bar or additional space for bedrooms, we can advice on planning consent issues and compete with off the shelf garden centre style cabins – dashing them with our quality of materials, build and insulation.

Our experience includes designing children’s play areas, building patios, the preparation and installation of garden sheds, pagodas, timber framed buildings, log stores, garden landscaping and planting which can all be designed to fit with your ideas.
